WOA Sec-Gen Anthony Ledgard Recognizes London 1948 Olympians

The World Olympians Association (WOA) represented by Secretary General Mr. Tony Ledgard with the presence of Mrs. Rosario de Vivanco, President of the Peruvian Association of Olympians (AAOP) and Mr Jose Quiñones, President of the Peruvian Olympic Committee, recognized Peruvian Olympians who participated on the London 1948 Olympic Games, Mr. Luis Poggi Cebrero and Mr. Hernan Llerena represented by his son Hernan Llerena De Rossi.
The ceremony took place in the Videna cycling track located in Lima, on Saturday July 17th in front of recognized Peruvian cyclists.
